think of it as doing a roll over your shoulder over the dinner table or somthing like that. like if you were to roll over somthing hard and didnt wanna hit your head you would go over your shoulder. try that to sorta get the motion.

since we're all telling how we do it. I throw my left shoulder into my right knee. that gets me tight and makes me spin faster. (the funny thing I just stodd up and tried the arm motion to figure it out)
