i pulled my quad today in track and suspect its gonna hurt for a week or two...any ways to speed recovery so i miss as little skiing as possible?
ice. heat. ice. heat. ice. heat. and do slow stretches. I couldn't walk the day of and morning after I screwed up my thigh but 2 days after it happened I was skiing. and the stretching in skiing actually made it a lot better.

i pulled my quad 2 weeks ago, it still hurts but its not terrible...get an ultrasound on it, those seemed to help it get better. also ice and heat
I think the best thing would be to do those thing above and to take a brake from track and kinda skiing, just take it easy skiing i guess( i still skied) rest ice and heat and ultrasound
