...and i have high blood pressure. which sucks major fat weiner (just like me, so you fags who were goin to say it, dont have to say it). so yeah, im pissed about that.

i dont even know really how i got it. i exercise daily (work out at school, and jump on my tramp for at least 30min-hour). and i eat moderatly healthy (step mom is a nutritionist) so yeah, im perplexed.

that is my rant (however lame it was) for the night.

i used to have high blood pressure and a high heart rate and all kinds of other shit wrong with me for like four years and then i discovered i had hyperthyroid disease and now i take drugs every day and i am normal and 40 lbs heavier than i was when i started

sam, a couple of things:

1) no, you don't get enough exercise. Jumping on a tramp is NOT considered exercise. All you are doing is compressing your spine and using a little calf/quad/glut muscle. You need to run more, play sports like soccer, basketball, etc.

2) yes genes suck, but there are certain foods you can eat to lower blood pressure, etc

ski season will be good for you. more exercise :)

Sam, as far as the blood pressure goes, what the salt intake as well as the general electrolyte intake (how much Gatorade and what not do you drink). Both of those can lead to higher blood pressure levels.

An increase in activity is not a bad idea either, and while football is exercise, it is too anarobic to really be doing much good (unless you really suck and your coach makes you run cnstantly).

Just be happy that you don't seem to be in that bad of health, and I remember from another post that you didn't sound too big, and that your doctors are at least giving you advice and finding problems. The most I ever got out of Doctor's was being told that they had no clue and couldn't explain anything (as far as weight goes).

I'm sorry Sam, there probably isn't much you can do because it sounds like you are going to great measures already. It sucks though. I remember in early high school and middle school- I had and still have a large ass. I would do EVERYTHING to get rid of it. EVERYTHING. But nothing worked and now I have come to embrace my big butt. Although a butt is easier to embrace than blood preasure... I don't know, at least you don't have cancer. I LOVE YOU SAM!

HAHAHA as soon as I saw Lauren's post about her ass, I KNEW Stef was going to say something. He's always been the ass man on this site.

Anyway, I have high blood pressure as well, Sam. The fact that I eat almost anything and everything that comes in my path could have something to do with it, but yeah. It kind of sucks because we have a history of heart problems on my mom's side of the family. My mom has a heart murmer. Her dad had MANY heart attacks and eventually died of heart and blood related reasons, and my grandma had a quadruple bipass last year because her arteries were SO clogged. All in all, it sounds like I have some great things coming up in my life. Damn, I already have so many health problems, haha. Good times baby

Yes, and yes. I've been working my ass off to gain weight for the past I don't know how long. Since eating constantly hasn't worked for me at all really, I'm switching to eating constantly AND working out a lot to hopefully gain some muscle mass (which I could really use).

who said trampoline is not excersice? trampoline is EXCELLENT excercise. you don't gain muscle, but its great aerobic excercise. you keep moving and keep your heart rate nice and high. especially if you're puling big moves, cause that'll get the blood flowing more. this kind of excercise will help more in this case than lifting weights. I'm no health expert, but I am an aeronautical engineer....that kinda relates.

I'm pullin for ya sammy. keep eatin them salads! go ride some big rollercoasters or something, get the adrenaline flowin. that'll clean you right up!

Of course the trampoline's exercise. Brit put it just right... It's aerobic exercise. Just because you're not curling 50-pound weights doesn't mean it's not exercising...

tramp ist a total aerobic exercise. I used to be a fatty, but now i take a shitload of pride in my fitness level. Try extendin ure tramps to 45 mins, it could do a little bit better.

okay, i just gotta say...please stop making the FARP video things. Its cool if you wanna make them and all, but dont make a website about it etc. Or at least get better first. You are hurting the industry. When snowboarders see skiers like Fred and Randall doing stupid flailing 360 attempts 8 inches off the ground, they laugh there heads off, and skiing takes another blow.
