ok i was in big sky mt this weekend the same time as the us disabled team was doing nationals there. well it was the morning we were leaving and i looked out our hotel windo at the lift right below. i was kind of curios how they got on the lift in those chairs. well the guy only got about half of himself on the chair and he was barely hanging on, the lift operator kind of messed up and didnt stop the chair soon enough, well he was dangling by one arm for about 3 mins then they finally decided to get a kind of 'firemans' net under him, it took another 3 mins, to get it ready for him to drop. he dropped down to the foot rest wiht one hand and stabled himself then he dropped from about 17 ft in one of those chairs. it was pretty amazing to see. he seemed ok so that was good. i was just amazed of the strength he had to do that
