Line Motherships - Info Needed
hey, i'm thinking about buying a pair of motherships when i'm in the US in Feb. (i'm from australia), but since we don't see any of these types of skis down here i'm wondering if anyone can tell me a bit about them. i have a pair of 165 pocket rockets here, and i think they're great but a little soft. i figure, since US slopes are bigger/get more snow that i could go up to a 172. anyway, how soft are they? (i hear Lines can be noodles), do they ski long, or does the twin take some length off the back? how are they for hardpack/groomers (gonna be my only ski over there, so need one that can go everywhere), do they turn well? (i know they don't have as much sidecut as, say, the pocket rockets), how fast do they ski (roughly)? cheers.
