Good Lyrical Rap

Hey guys I like a lot of hip hop and rap. I really like lyricism, I can't really stand rap with lyrics that talk about money and bitches. When I ride I really like inspriational lyrics. I was wondering if any of you guys had songs that have a good meaning. I also like lyrics that talk about how they grew up but sometimes it just gets really annoying hear about how they grew up and became famous and got bitches.

Anything by Qwel. If you like meaningful lyrics with rhymes to make your head spin, get his shit immediately. Chicago '66 in particular, from his album Harvest, is incredible.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say Chali 2na is among the greatest three rappers of all time. He slays time itself in every song he does, no matter who it's with. His flow and rhymes are unrealistically good. His voice is deep and black and epic. Haha... he's a good man.

yeah, i got to meet him at a show when he played with Galactic.  He's fucking chill too. Not cocky or a dick or anything you'd expect out of someone that big at all.
