I can't help you unfortunately but I swear companies i getting worse and worse at answering email. I guess this is the digital equivalent to waiting on the phone on hold for 3 hours, but its horrible. Last week I emailed 3 different companies (one ski company, one resort, and one tech company) and I haven't heard from any of them in 5 days. I think if your going to open a company email account, then you better be damn sure you reply. my 2 cents
