How many hours of sleep u lose to ns

i get addicted, and then forget to go to bed, then its way late, and i haven't even started on my papers so how much sleep do u lose when hittin a good post session in the night

lose sleep? never, really. but i do lose a lot of productuvity during the day because i'm on NS when i should be listening to a teacher or doing homework

its kinda like facebook, but more addicteeive
