When people immediately post a thread like this showing a pair of skis snapped, it kind of makes the company look bad. Have you talked to them about warranty or anything before you posted this thread? I would tell you to fuck off if you tried to send them back just because of this thread. Rather that immediately getting shitty it's best to check what your options are through the company. You never know... they could be super chill about it and send you a new pair in a day.
