Topher's Trees at Mary Jane CO. the right through that group of trees is some of the best untouched pow on the mountain. Never gets tracked out because people wont hike for 500ft to get into the trees.
that "gully" isn,t really a gully, more like a few creeks filled with snow. you can definately end up stuck back in there if you don't kno where you're going, though. its out of bounds for over 1 km i'd say, and if you don't stop (which is almost impossible) its probably a solid 20-30 mins peak to creekside depending on ability. it usually takes me around 45 with a doobie break and the odd stoppage to watch each other hit a cliff or whatever. sick times
Start by the top of Job 2 (D13), get onto Rex's Rib (D12), then shred. About 2/3 of the way down, air into Job 3 (D11) at the top of the cliff jutting over it. This is usually untracked to the bottom because nobody else is retarded enough to air into it, and there's a rock band directly above the air that funnels everyone out of the run. I don't know if this is my favorite run, but it's a fun one for sure.
