when i feel like crap i just listen to music that pumps me up. or watch happy dayz (the ski movie, not the tv show with the fonz, although it was a glorious one)

but if you really feel stressed out and tense like with school or work or something, listen to peace of mind by boston. that song really makes me relax and puts my soul at ease.
