those aren't hard to make cause if you go frame by frame, they just took a couple of different shades of orange and lowered the opacity and only kept them for a couple of frames. i can't figure out the typical flashes in poor boyz movies though

if its orange and yellows your talking about thats called film burn, its created when actual film from cameras is slightly exposed to light, creating the colors. The easiest way to do it with digital video cameras is zoom all the way up on a candle and lay that with a lower opacity over your clip

ya, it only looks cool if its captured naturally, but its your edit not mine. i'd be surprised if adobe didnt have a premade effect that does it for you, but i use final cut so i have no idea. Try exporting the individual frames to a program like photo shop and then adding the lens flare there.
