I dont live in dorms anymore, but here is something that is cheap easy and healthy. Go to the store, get some rice (I use the bag of rice because I always fuck up rice). Also by steam in a bag veggies, I go with Snap peas and Broccoli. Also there, buy some teriyaki sauce. Cook the veggie and then throw them in a pan with some teriyaki sauce, put the stove on low and simmer them. Cook the rice. Plate the rice and then throw to veggies on top. I sometimes add chicken too. It is easy quick and pretty healthy.
Another idea which is less healthy but quick and easy is buffalo fingers. I buy raw check tenders, some shake and back, and franks red hot. Follow the directions on the shake and bake box. Once the chicken is done, throw some Franks in a pan with some butter, simmer on low until the butter is melted. Once the Franks and butter mixed in the pan, throw the cooked chicken in the pan, turn the stove off, and coat the chicken with the frank and butter sauce.
