Building PVC rail?

I checked out the tutorial and am going to go out and find some materials and since i live in one of those new house divisions where there are new houses everywhere so my backyard is basiclaly a construction site, and they throw out so much perfect wood i will be able to get pvc and 2x4's really easy :D

anyways, i was wondering if you hhaavee too use liquid nales or can you use anyother caulking?

When i built my rail i took the two pieces of pvc and putt them on the ground, then i took the 2x4 and put that on top of the PVC and screwed it on. it worked really well just make sure you pre drill holes

It doesnt matter what kind of caulk you use, as long as it says its good for plastic and wood.

i just drilled three holes along each length of pvc, through both sides, put it on the wood, dropped a screw in on a magnetic screwdriver, screwed into the wood, you can pitty much make the supports any way you want depending on how high you want it to be

wait, did anyone screw up from teh bottom?  to hold the pvc in place? cuz wouldnt it be weird with wholes in it? je suis confusee
