so today i had a "forward twisting" fall on my knee. i felt a slight strain on my acl and then my binding released. it was painful skiing down to the lft, but when i got to the top the next run it didnt hurt. i took it kind of easy the rest of the day, but it still feels wierd. its not torn or anything, bt i was wondering if this will make it weaker and easier to tear next time. is there anything i should do. as it is now im akin the next three days off becase of christmas stuff. and if in case it matters, i was not using poles at the time of the incident.
maybe paranoid, but im just really not into tearing my acl
