I hurt my groin a few weeks ago and made the mistake of skiing on it a week later that didnt help my situation. Then I took a break and it has been two weeks since I have skied. Now im feeling good except there is some tightness in my groin and hamstring area and I was wondering what stretches I should do to loosen it all up for this weekend.

apply heat and warm up slowly. if you can get at a hot tub in the morning before you head out, that will help big time. do dynamic stretching (move through the range of motion) and then long static stretches to get it really loose. remember to take it a little easy if you want to be safe with it, too. if not, let it all hang out.
