Ok, so i just moved to colorado...currently working at loveland. i brought out my atomic slalom skis from when i was a fag, and last yrs line prophet 90s, but im not satisfied. bottom line is the prophet 90 is not big enough i want a ski for deep days, but something that wont be completely unreasonable when i head back to vermont (line 130/volkl sumo are out of the question). im a short guy and not getting much bigger at 5'6" and 135lbs. ive been thinking about the volkl gotama (176) simply because of its reputation in deeper stuff out west. however, ive really been leaning toward a more fun ski like lines sfb or elizabeth. is the sfb way too big for someone my size at 182 and a 115 waist or should i downsize to the 172/110 elizabeth? also heard good things about the 4front vct (175) and even been toying with the fattypus a lott/d sender. anyone got any words of inspiration? ...especially on the sfb vs elizabeth (keeping my weight in mind).
thanks,
scott
