In So Cal last year we skied without snow.  Looks like we may do it again this year....


P.S. I think I'll stick with my poles.  How else will I push myself over all the dirt patches?

behind the loodge of my ski mountin i found these boots with skis that were only as long as the boot and they were perminitly attached to them, it was like snowblades accept better. Just though id share that completely irrelevant thought

i think its different to not use poles, it feels strange but in a way free....but poles are cool fo sho. I just dont use em anymore, cept in powpow (snow that im rarely in)

I personally ski with poles, never tried riding without them.  But without a doubt, the second picture, the one without poles, looks better in my opinion.

I think no poles looks gay.  I mean its a person's choice, idc whether someone does it or not but it just doesn't look as good in my opinion.  Its fun to go no poles for a run or two but its gay to be a no-pole skier.  I mean poles help with balance, initiating turns, etc.  If I was in the backcountry and I saw someone skiing with no poles I'd think there an idiot.  Don't say poles are limiting.  No poles is limiting.
