Moment Renos are pretty cheap. ($399) Not quite as cheap as some of the others but they are a sick ski. $20 more gets you the jib, which is probably my favorite park ski ever... Buying skis that are a year or two old is usually your cheapest route though.
He's right. I've seen the 05-06s and th 06-07s after 1 season and both were trashed. The 06/07s which were supposed to be better quality were my little brothers, and he doesn't do anything that big. he had 2 or 3 core shots, because the base is a sloft, slow material (not sintered). edges started to delaminate on tail of one, and the topsheet was chipped down to the core all around both ends on both skis as well as some places on sides. They are a good performing park ski though and not bad all mountain, they are just shit quality.
"With a perfect flat spin 5 truckdriver, TJ won the superfinals on his new love, the Armada El Rey ski: If it's a normal day in the park and I am not hitting a 100 foot table, these are my new favorite Armada's!" TJ said"

I have the first generation fujis, and they are falling apart. But this IS after 2 years of hard riding, rails, and whatnot. I am still going to ride them, after I remount them (healpeace ripping out). One of the tails is delamming, and the edge is ripping out (of the tail). Midsole edges are holding up extremeley well, though I have been treating them with 2ply epoxy every few rides, and they are splitting pretty bad. . . but c'mon . . 2 years of hardcore riding for a 150$ ski (proformed).
How many snowboarders does it take to screw in a lightbulb? Enough, but how many NSers does it take to overuse a cool signature? about 10.
