i agree, the same thing happend to me with the-house.com the other day when i ordered some pants...they were cool as shit about it though and sent me back some even better special blend pants and didnt charge me for the difference and even reimbursed me for the return shipping
but yeah, josh is a badass so im sure yall can work somethin out

whats wrong with returning/ exchanging a product that your not pleased with. if i ordered a pair of ski pants and they arrived and i didnt like the color in person or they were not the right size i would send them back for another pair. there is nothing wrong with that at all. i dont see why so many people are complaining becasue he wants to send a pair of pants back becasue the color doesnt look the same as he had expected.
