The site should use more ajax. Best use would have the forums auto-update when someone else posts.

Hah... oh believe me we know this baby needs a TON of Ajax!   We just don't have anyone at the moment who does Ajax.   We've got someone on the horizon who could help us with it, so hopefully you're going to be seeing more fun Ajax stuff this winter!

Keeps the site nice and clean. I've been noticed some stains lately too.

You gotta wash your hands after using it though, otherwise bits get in your food and you go blind. Then your parents accuse you of masturbating and I'm going to stop talking now.

Yeah so like if you rated something it wouldn't refresh the page, you'd click the rating and it would just submit and change the display.    NS has way too many page refreshes currently, and we need to cut some of them out.

ajax would be perfect for the karma system. It could also allow for some more customizable My NS features. I wish I knew more about it.

I'd love to see it on the photo/video ratings. Instead of a dropdown, just click a number and send that off the DB without reloading the page.
