I hate baseball stats, Kim just gets the save for tonites Sox game, but he didnt save shit. He almost let a home run go to tie the game, and the defense saves his ass. They should only get saves for when they deserve him

what im saying is that a closer can home in and let the opposing team hit the shit out of the ball...yes they are still credited as SAVING the game

there should be a defensive stat that tells that the fielders saved the game from a loss

savers may be bullshit, but you can't deny that guys like Smoltz and Gagne deserve every stat they get.
