I have a pair of 04' scratches coming to me, and my pair of ZRS race bindings from dynastar/look coming to me...but rossi told me my skis might not be here till JANUARY!! and i cant get ahold of either the Look/Dynastar or ROSSI warranty dept, they just never pick the phone up
so basically, im pissed off...might have to wait till january for my skis...and i have no clue when my bindings might come
Dynastar/Look (and Lange/Kerma are all one company), and are usually pretty good about getting warranty stuff under control. However, my experiences with Rossi have led me to vow to not use their equiptment. I personally thought that they did everything possible to get you on their equiptment, and once you had there equiptment, they wanted nothing to do with you (understand this is only my experience).
Needless to say I'm not a huge Rosi fan, but to each their own, and good luck getting in touch with them.
I knew Rosi and Look shared technology and design (i.e. bindings) but I was unaware that Rosi was part of that conglomerate. If they are, why do they maintain different reps? Why is there Rosi reps, and Dynastar/Look/Lange/Kerma reps? Why not just use one?
ya learn summthin new everyday, and hell I typically ski Look and Rosi bindings. And so you know, I wasn't implying that people shouldn't ski one company or another, just stating my experiences (based on many years ago).
