Aight so I have a particular problem regarding my hip. Its somewhat not aligned straight, that means my placement of weight upon my both legs is not symmetrical. The effects of this I can see feel even throughout my upper body. I was wondering if anybody has or has had problems ragarding msucle, ligament assymetry Id be interest to know about it and how the go about solving that. A friend of mine, a kungfu master, suggested yoga? Any thoughts?
