any suggestions on wat i should be doin when i start trainin for skiin season? i usually start the first day of november but i'm thinkin to start a lil bit earlier. any tips?

All I really need to work on is flexibility. Im pretty solid in the cardiovascular region.
Just do wall squats, sit ups, that sort of thing.
A physio ball really helps your core, along with yoga.

bike don't run, running dominates the knees.
you should have been lifting and working out your legs especially since the end of last season.....not to be a jerk but that will give you the best results.

for some reason, maybe b/c im still a teenager, i dont need to train to get in shape for skiing...i just ski...i run year round tho, maybe its that, but on the scale of going out of my way to train, its never happened, but this year could be different, who knows?
