Im actually leaving saturday morning around 5 am, from Sudbury. Im just wondering what everyone has already bought, or will have bought by sunday. Pretty much post the deals you scored, as in product and price, even what you saved!

also if anyone can do me a faver at the nomis stand place they are giving white bandanas the say support nomis in blue they are free, if wen i went to get one there where none left if someone can get me one ill pay them (they are free)

i have to say, i was kinda disappointed in enjoy, it wasnt as good as i expected, to me, kinda seemed like a amature movie trying to be pro, but it had a couple real good parts

K, well I got the following:

From corbetts:

Ski Swap:

I also got my FKS mounted on my Ar6's while in Toronto.

Mustn't have looked very hard. I found PLENTY of deals. They had Dynamic Slayers for 200$, Atomic Thugs for 400$, and jacket at insane prices. It was definately worth the 8 hour drive!

you beat me aswell, i was also going to bust a "i got (random STD) at the ski show" remark. damnit. anyways, i got some phenoms from corbetts. i was kinda rushed and didnt really see anything eye catching either. and yea, nomis became officially played out during that ski show. like it was popular before, but every damn vendor had a nomis rack with the same striped/plaid hoodies. and every kid was wearing some other variety of nomis hoodie...it's sad how the metephorical nomis flame is burning itself out so fast.

i was there all day sunday and was not empressed with what i saw. but this is most likley becasue all the deals are gone by sat night anyways. but ow well.


my shop was sellin dynamic slayers for 329.00$ with the big trouble binding. most likley the best deal there.

the thugs were o so tempting...the girl was like...oh yea everyone needs a 192 pow ski...and i was like...pfft. i do need a new park ski...lol


but 400 without binding isnt all that impressive,

i didnt liek it how only head skis were there though. that was fuckin gay.

w.e see you next year ski show thread.

other companies used to come but it's pretty much pointless for them to be there. what's the point in spending thousands of dollars to set up a booth in a show when you are not selling anything?

you can argue that it lets the consumer know more about the product but that really isn't the job of the company. it's the shop guys that inform people about new technologies and help customers pick skis.

ski companies really only need to be at SIA and NSIA where they're going to be doing bookings with shops.


the toronto ski and snowboard show has pretty much turned into a dumping ground for last year's product
