i was stuck there too for a while. Shoot a portal into the roof so you can end up on top of that "tower", then when you are standing up there, go right to the edge, without falling off, and shoot 2 portals onto the ground where the arrows go from. Then jump down into the first one, and you will fly out of the second one to the height needed to get over the wall. (6,7, and 8 are all like that, then you get to 9 an i have no idea what ot do)

Level 9:

I forgot how I did this originally but this method worked for me.

create a yellow portal on the section of roof that allows it. Creat a blue portal directly below it on the floor. You jump in and your should be stuck in an infinite loop sequence. as soon as you come out of the yellow portal on the roof, shoot a yellow portal on the floor to the right of the blue portal (as close to the high wall as you can.

You should then get stuck in a loop between the two floor portals with enough momentum to hop over the high wall.

Shoot a blue portal to the second tier of the first divide. shoot a yellow portal to the floor below you. That escapes the first falling trap.

Get on top of the first divide and fall down. Quickly shoot a blue portal through the blue tube to the target on the wall., shoot the yellow portal below you and fall through.

Work way up out of level from there.

Level 15's a bitch. Shoot 2 portals right next to each other on the floor before the glass, then jump into 1 and you'll fly out of the other, it's kinda tricky to get the right timing to land on the other side of the gap. Once you're there shoot a portal on the roof on the far left side and a portal on the ground underneath you. You'll then be standing on the ledge where you start, shoot a portal the opposite color (of the one you have on the far side of the gap) in front of the glass and get your timing right to jump in the portal to launch you onto the electric thing. Once you're on the electric thing you can jump to the exit.
