I'm definitely going to have to disagree with you on the PRS. They made great guitars back in the day when they were first getting started. Since then, with all of the popularity they have gained, their quality has dropped off greatly. If a maple capped, mahogany body, with dual humbuckers is what you're looking for and you have some money to throw around, there are way better options than a PRS. Look at how bad they started selling out, making the price-point guitars to furthur enhance their share of the market. I've played lots and lots and LOTS of guitars, and all of the PRS's I've played, none have compared to my Les Paul. Both in playability and in tone.
