Off season training?
Does anyone do off season training to get stronger..more flexible...other stuff?
build a jump in ur back yard and rollerblade off it. it's very much like skiing, you can get the feel of spinning and grabbing while moving forward too, unlike a tramp. plus you can learn some inverts if you put it onto somethin soft like grass. that's better than lifting weights and stretching. but stretching is good for nose grabs like jon olson.

i downhill mtn bike, and i train for that, but it also benefits my skiing, so ya i'm set
Seize the carp
i persoanlly go to skate parks and keep my balance and it helps with your legs all the pushing off and pumping. it helps me stay in shaoe the most but trail running is mad fun to for legs

soccer's awesome for off-season training.. also water ramping, tramping, biking, running, any sports help a little bit, if just to keep up your endurance.
