Sorry i forgot to mention. I go to a physiotherapist two times a week since surgery. I have excersices that i do every day. And im going to start riding my bike again tomorrow morning to school. I can even run a little at the moment, but im told its too early so taking it easing with that part. My rehabilitation is above average im pretty curtain.
What im interested in is, will I be able to ski at the same level as before? I plan on going to canada in the 08/09 season for 3-4 months to ski (I live in Denmark).
Im told that when I go ski this february i should use some kind of bandage like this one:
Is that necessary? And would be able to pull any tricks? With safety in the mind, im not planning on screwing up my knee again, because of doing something i cannot.
