Binding setting

what should my bindings be set to like i dont want heel to pop out when i land switch but i also want my skis to be able to fall off if i wreck hard

If you're Type II, 5'8, 155, 27 sole, - Appros DIN 7

If you're Type III, 5'8, 155, 27 sole, - Approx DIN 8.5

These are all approxiate. You should go to your local shop, they can sort it out for you, and they'll test it to see if it is set right.


Don't come bittcthing to me if you dislocate you're knee. You can use these at your own risk.
