Spartan workout

There was a thread titled similar to this a while back but I think it was something completely different. And seeing as im not in  any cult that has to do with workingout I figured put it here. This is the 300 Spartan workout. no its not what they used in the movie. This is a workout that requires almost no equipment except for some bands but Im trying to get a replacement on that. I did 30 reps of each exersize only. I didnt cycle for 30 times. too intense for me. But this stuff is hardcore check it out

I would be surprised if very many people on this site could do 30 pullups without already doing some decent weights prior.  Cool idea though

man those hindu pushups are no joke, theres an exercise like that in yoga and it almost makes your arms fall off

that workout is just ridiculous you'd have to spend all day doing that.

i've checked out some of their workouts before. i don't want to be explosively jacked like them, but some of the workouts are good on a smaller scale for staying in good shape. thanks for these, i'll throw some of them into my routine.

Yeah, I dont wanna be mad jacked either. Just be in good shape. Washboard abs really arent my style. And yeah no one is gonna do all of that 30 times. Doing it once is hard enough

you don't have to do 30 pullups at once.  i don't know anyone that can do that.  do as many as you can, ya know, to failure.  then breathe a sec and do it again.  if you can do a decent amount (7-10) you're there in no time.

the thread creator was saying do 30 of each excercise 30 times. and i cant believe no one else found that amusing! i mean cool maybe i'll add a hardcore hindu pushup to my normal workout.. but i dono. i was just hecka stoned and the names of the things and the music and the guy just made me giggle intensly.

30 pullupsss... ouch, i saw a marines guy do like 29 or 30. it was nuts. and then some random guy at spac do 23. he was the only person taht got close

^oh i see what you're saying. thats 900 reps, whereas in the video it says theres 300 reps.

15 pullups is the best ive ever got and i used to lift weights. but then again im also just shy of 200 pounds...i got lots of meat to haul
