so me and some friends are planning a trip to whistler this year and are trying to figure out whats the best way to go. i personally think that if we fly into seattle from minneapolis and find some way to get to vancouver/whistler from there, it would be the cheapest. please let me know what you think...

can you rent a vehicle? cause that might be the way to go, or there's also buses that will take you.

Or train?
You sure its not cheaper to fly to Vancouver? Often its cheaper to fly out of Vancouver travelling internationally.

greyhound from seattle to whistler is by far the cheapest. amtrak to vancouver, then greyhound from vancouver to whistler might be more comfy, but slightly more money, plus a change in transport, making it a little less convenient.

Greyhound or Amtrak for sure.
Or convince a NSer to drive you might be cheaper still.

when are you going? If I get a place to stay out of this (and split gas money) I might just do it. But if you are only taking your ski gear get one of those big ski bags put most of your shit in that then have a back pack and maybe a duffel and do grayhound, amtrack to whistler is fucking pricy.

I would, but I live in Bellingham, and I'll be taking my own cross country road ski trip in that time period.
All times are Eastern (-4)
