So I hit a car today

I was backing out of the mall, and I hadnt notice my wheel was turned. I ended up scraping the entire side of a red minivan as well as my own car. The lady was so fucking mad, and now im in 750+ dollars of debt, for this bitch's car and my own. I saved up all summer for ski shit and now i have to pay for this shitty accident. On top of that I lose my license for 30 days + i have a 127$ ticket for having my friend in the car. I dont really have anything else to say is that this was the worst day ever. I know im fucking retarded for posting this, but I needed to vent.

haha, i would too. your obviously a new driver if u cant have a friend in the car, so its a mistake u'l learn in the early days...i raced some1 and shortly after winning i forgot to slow down and tried to take a corner at atleast 45mph...ended up taking down a stop sign on the other side of the road from where i was supposed to be and almost killed myself. u'l learn from ur mistake as did i

Yup, pretty much everyone has a crash before they learn.

Mine have all been in the winter time so far. Tokyo drifting is sooo worth it though.

ive been lucky havent had any accidents yet, but my friend got a 180 dollar ticket, totalled a car (and dented the other persons) and fucked up another (hit a big ass concrete pillar in my friends driveway)all before his 17th birthday.

was the lady in her car? or did u just like wait around and tell her? i came out of work the other day and some ass at hit my car, like knocked my bumper off and smashed my headlight and didn't say anything. no note, no nothing. now im waiting for the appraisal. buy my deductible is 1000 so i gotta pay at least that cuz some asshole hit me and didnt say anything. so good for you for not being an asshole.

We sat there waiting for her. It was a fucking weird/awkward/scary situation. She came out and was so rip shit. I'm sure my insurance will go wayy high now.

Live and learn. I pegged a mailbox, took an icy corner on a gravel road way to fast. I knew I was sliding but then the front tires grabbed some gravel and I took out the neighbors, missed ours by an inch. Did anybody know that a single side view mirror costs about 500$ to replace? When I started driving I was told "Just back into a rock tomorrow and get it over with, you're gonna do something."

shouldnt, my ex pulled a bunch of those stupid mistakes, by a bunch i mean 4 in a year, and her insurance didnt change a bit....they were all parking lot mistakes like yours, but the fact that the lady called the cops and got you in shit with the law...thats gay

yesterday i was in my first accident. my buddy backed right into my car and i jerked forward so hard that i hit my head on the steering wheel. shit hurt but somehow there was no damage besides a bent plate

anyway, thats gay. im from maine too and i know a kid who drove up an off ramp, saw a car comming, and drove off the side of the road. then a cop came, he had to get his car towed, and in court he wasn't even fined.

when i was learning how to drive i crashed my dad's lexus suv through a brick wall and into a toilet in the building and then the toilet was shooting water all over the place.  it was intense.   i'd had been driving for like a month prior to that.     he was just like "shit happens"  haha

My one and only so far was when I was 17, getting into a parallel park. there was this stupid lady that was just sitting in the lane while I was reversing in. I didn't make it in properly the first time so I pulled out and tried again (by this time there is a big line of traffic banked up behind the stupid lady that wouldn't just pull out into the other lane and drive around me.. there was no traffic in the other lane at all.. so having all this traffic banked up makes me flusterd) anyways reversing in the second time I pull in to quickly and scrape the side of my car against the bumper of the car infront. cost me $700 in insurance excesses to fix that guys rear brake light and the panel work on my car. fortunatly the guy was mad chill about it though.

other than that i've spun out on a ski field access road.. that wasn't too fun. my fault though cause I was doing handbrake turns around the hairpins in snow hahaha

it will go up...but not as much as you think, depending on your insurance and where you live, most of them do points and its not too bad. and the surchage will go away in 5 years.

I guess thats not too bad, my parents pay for my insurance and I just pay for everything else. But since I got in an accident they might make me pay for everything..

Wow, I'm sorry to hear that she flipped out. That was truly responsible of you to sit and wait so you could be honest. If I came out and someone was waiting there to tell me what happened, I would be genuine with them. Knowing it was an accident. Just remember, you get karma points for being truthful.

i got a good and funny story. haha, so, me and my freind he was driving were going to get some food. we got gas and were headed up this road and were driving about 40-45 on the road he's obviously speeding cause he he thinks he's all BA. anyways he notices a fucking bee on the sun blocker thingy that fold down, and he was like "dude get it" im slowly raising my gatorade bottle to smash it with it and he's wacthing i dont know why not watchig the road then he just swats it towards me, fucking great so were both freaking out about were it went and next thing we know i hear a loud pop!i turn my head just in time to see us come to a slow stop after going through a street sign and a whole lot of wooden pole fence, fucking rad. so i guess this is what happend he let go of the wheel and we drifted off the road into this massive street sign which folded and smashed the winsheild/hood then mannaged to go through 78 feet of fence (what the police report said) and stop in a soccer field. So we jump out fucking scared shitless no one is hurt great, oh yeah excpet the entire car. i look around and the whole front end is smashed there is two poles sticking into the engine one through the radiator and one squeezed under the hood and poles going through the tires all four were flat and undercage and exhaust all fucked up. im like shit this thing got fucked up, and im trying not to laugh cause i think its fucking funny for some reason. so we called cops and he couldnt legally be driving me yet, he thought he could be but didnt. so he lost his license and the car was totalled. that sucks. then i went to a party and partied and he went home and got grounded.

I dunno, in Maine you have your license for 6 months before you're allowed to drive people or drive past midnight. And for like the first year if you're in any accident/or get a ticket you get a suspended license for 30 days or some bs.

ya, i was in my friends car and we got a speeding ticket, he didnt have his license for 6 months yet so he got an extra hundy added to the ticket, not tryin to act badass cuz im not, but i just sayin that those laws are gay, if someone passes all the tests to get the license he/she should be able to drive anyone they want...

The thread must have gotten deleted when my 2nd account got banned, but anyway:

I totalled a little Mazda piece of shit backing out of a parking lot (I was in a silverado) cost me $1500 which is what I made the entire summer after taxes (2 months of 45+ hour 5 day weeks), fucking sucked.
