did any of you ride, last winter, either the salomon mynx or the k2 missdemeanor (comic graphics). how did you like them and how did they do on all mountain?
also do any of you have the salomon mynx boot, and how do you like it?

I've never ridden girls' skis. I tried my friend's Dalbello Lotus boots though, and they were sweet.

well, if your a good skier you won't get any chick ski cause they all suck..the only one i like that's even remotely stable enough is the dynasater legend pro for women...other than that, unless your 5'0" and weigh 100 lbs, or you can't ski..get the misdeamnor or whatever..seriously chicka, stick to mens skis..

or if your in the park all day and that's it and you don't actually go out and ski ski, then go for a womens ski..

honestly womens skis are only made to attract women into skiing...to make them feel special, it's just a big hype and a trendy thing to do...no offense to anyone, not trying to create any hate, just statin what i think..

dude, i had the celebs and i felt like I was going to DIE...any type of high speed they freaked the fuck out...even the prophets are pretty soft...i don't even wanna know how the shadows are if the celeb is their "big mountain ski"....shadows in the park for sure, but anywhere else, watch out...

mmm ok...i've tried....the shadows, the celebrities, the scarletts, the misdeamnors, the nancy's, the phat luvs, the scratchs, the heads, and the legends...i tried all those out and didn't like one except the legends were pretty good..so don't tell me i don't know whats up..try skiing snowbird or alta with waist deep pow on 45 degree pitch on a womens ski and see what happens..

i wish i weighed 80 lbs less than him..i'd be like a 5'7" 90 lb chick..i should get into modeling then...you can charge on prophets..it's a sick ski..i tried the 100's and they're dope..the celebrities are so soft...i can't believe you think they're stiff...aaah, it's just silly...they're good in pow but you don't need a stiff ski in pow..take em in crud, pumps, or crust..say peace

keep in mind the girl that started this thread is on the EC. unfortunately we dont have "waist deep pow on 45 degree pitch"..pssh whatever. ive skied lots of good hard terrain on the phat luvs, the missdemanors and the nancys. missd's are more all mountain imo and the nancys kill it.

yah, i was just thinkin that after i wrote that comment that she's probably east coast and skis park..so when it comes to that, then ya, go nuts with womens park skis..it's probably a better choice cause they're softer so you don't need as much strength to pop them...so my bad if i wasn't clear on that..but when it comes to womens skis that claim they're big mountain, or all mountain skis (like the nancy's, celebs, scratchs, heads) it's not true...they just don't perform up to par...look at ingrid backstrom, jessica sobolowski, they don't ski on womens ski for big mountain..they're on gotamas...mens ski...so yah, for park, womens skis if you want, big mountain, there aren't any out there that are stiff or aggressive enough

you're not factoring in the companies that don't change the skis for women, just put on pink graphics as a marketing gimmick. those skis might be fine.

ya for sure..and that's why the legends for women are sick cause they just changed the graphic and that's it......

Seriously, lay off the girl! she has an opinion, isn't that what you wanted?
I'm actually curious to hear more about this, because I don't really support womens gear but I was looking at the Nancys for this season. Why didn't you like them?

i wasn't a fan of the k2 when i had them. they were great in park for the first two weeks or so then totally dampened out. for the rest of the mountain they just don't hold up.
All times are Eastern (-4)
