Whitest and blackest names

today my mom was telling me about her black co workers who named his son tanner and that just got me wondering about my name and i stumbled upon this.

I think its pretty digusting that the bosses or who ever wouldnt call someone back just because they have a name that represents their heritage. I guess that having a name like tanner can give you a hand up in life though but idk

The resumes with the white-sounding names were actually downloaded 17 percent more often by job recruiters than the resumes with black-sounding names.

dude, I dont care if she is black or white, if I were an employer for a serious job, I would probably be less likely to hire somebody with the name Diamond or Precious, imagine you are calling and the secretary or customer service lady picks up the phone and says Hello this is precious speaking. I would burst out laughing. There are also some white names like that though.
