Yeah, i saw a pic, it was at a single kinked rail at snowsummit, he cleared the kink (270) and landed on the slant towards the end

no, a fastslide is when ur front ski is the only ski touchin the rail as u grind it

Fastslides are fucking ill if you grab the other foot... and if someone actually stomped a 270 to fastslide, I would be totally amazed. It seems near impossible.

Um the name comes form inlining. And I hate that trick on inlines, it may be hard but it looks like a piece of rubber tried to get into a cat, it just aint happening! Backslides, on your back foot, are much nicer.

backslides and fastslides are much neater than the gay ass '50-50'. how about fastslide nose press? or a backslide tail slide. that would be SUPER KEEN.

I dont think it would be that insane, if you do it on a down kink. Think about it when you gind some down kinks you barly thuch it. switch 270 fastslide wouldnt be that hard but i can sse how a 270 to fast slide would be.

I've seen people doing these all season, they can look alright if you do them right. Andy Stewart does a bit of tap dancing on rails in Focus.

i used to do 270 to backslide cause it was funny 2 years ago, i think a fast slide would be easier cause sliding on front fot is easier

My feeling is that if you are going to be sliding on one ski it should be parallel to the rail. But there is nothing wrong with variation.

yea but turpin is like... yea turpin is fucking turpin everything he does is ucking ridiculous. doing something after sseing someone else doing it is way easier cause you know it's doable.
