backflip to rail=easy

i was thinking about this, and i relized that it would be no harder than a 450 on. here's how i figure, if u do a backflip its the same as a 360 except u go back instead of sidways. although a back would be a little trickier since it would be easy to slip out, i think its relitivley easy, just scary

people can do 1440's which are four complete spins but not qudruple back flips,only the best aerialists can do triples. back flips are alot harder than 360's

i seriously doubt its easy cause how many people have done back flip to rails, not many. If you under rotate, you catch an edge and slam your face into the rail. Over rotate, and the rail goes up your ass. A backflip off is probably easier, however both seem very difficult. Good luck with it though.

hey i agree, because backflips are easy and so are railslides, i can do 450 on so backflip is possible!

man, its simple as shit. At first try it on a pvc rail thats not even out of the ground, just to see if you cna do it, then once you own that do it on a real rail. You cant really get hurt on a pvc rail in the ground. Go for it man.

My vote goes for backflips being easier than 360s.

Anyway, actually, if you're pretty good you might be able to pull it off.. Just do backflips off a regular kicker until you're feeling it, then just put a small, low rail on the landing and work the backflip 90 on. chances are you'll eat shit slipping backwards or diving forwards, but I'd give you mad props for trying.

to ur comment of no one can do a quadruple back even in aerials, someone landed a 'quad quad' for backflips and for full rotations, they banned the trick from the olympics cause its too dangerious but watch warmer millers cold fusion, not the greatest movie ever, but they do show that in it

you are an idiot, you go ahead and try that back flip on. do you realize how hard it is to dial in your jump on that rail. a spin is much more precise. doing a backflip perfectly timed and landing straight on the rail is extremely difficult. it is rediculous that you compare a backflip and a 360 as similar trcks.

they may be the same difficulty level, but the result of not sticking the backflip will be alot worse than the 450

thats why i'll do it onto a rail that is almost entirely buried, if i fall (when i fall) it won't hurt at all. and if i land it, then i won't need to pay for anything ever again

You should probably work on your backflips off a small kicker vefore you get yourself worked up about it. If it's a normal rail and setup you'd have to get up a lot higher than for a 360 in order to not slam your head into the rail.

I don't think a 360 and a blackflip are even comparable considering that they are two completely different movements and styles...

Yeah, if the rail is burried almost completely defintly go for it man, no reaosn why not. And a backflip it seems might even be easier than a 270 on or something because you can see the whole time and just tuck up or loosen your knees to adjust your flip to land perfectly.
