Binding Help

I'm 5'5 130pounds. recently i bought a pair of 05/06 lizzies. but unfortunatley they have been mounted 4 diffent times. i was wondering if i should get line reactor bindings so i could use the inserts that are already in the ski. please give me your opinions.

if i drill them one more time to put px 12s on them do you think they will become alot less stable?

ik they are a somewhat shitty binding but you could make em work,  your small and they adjust and i dont think weight should be a huge concern for you. plus you save yourself from having to mount them

I've never dealt with skis drilled that many times but I'm gonna go out on a limb and say it will damage the structural integrity of the ski.

Either choice is gonna have +'s an -'s. You sacrifice safety to have stronger skis (if Reactor bindings are as shitty as they say) or you sacrifice ski durability to have less safety. In the end you gotta choose what you wanna protect, yourself or your skis. If in fact the reactors are as shitty as they say.

Unlike many people who will tell you that reactors are bad, I have actually owned them. Rather, I have broken several of them. They are the best idea ever in bindings, but the design couldn't be executed.

Granted, I am bigger than you (6'1" 170), but I would be wary. Though I still ride them occasionally because they are what I have on my prophet 130s, I don't trust them anymore, and would never use them in a situation where I have dangerous exposure (which is frequent when I am riding big mountain). Now when I am doing exposed lines, I rock prophet 100s with look bindings.

I originally bought reactors because I fly with skis and could put four pairs of skis in a single ski bag with my bindings in my suitcase. In that respect, they are a great idea.

The reactors also weigh about twice as much as most other bindings, which may not sound like much, but you can really feel that when hiking at 12,000 ft.

Yes. DO NOT BUY REACTORS. They were discontinued for a reason. You will be much better off mounting the skis, but they sound like they are near the end of their life if they have been mounted that many times.

Why not just mount in the same holes?
Use a binding with the same pattern as one of the other 4 mounts...you'll save a mount, and not have to die because you are on Reactors.
