1. go to My NS (at the top)
2. Menu falls down, click on 'Icon'
3. Use the browse button to locate an icon on your computer.

you can make an icon yourself using a graphics program such as photoshop, but the file must be either .gif or jpg (.gif would probably work better)
the size of the file can't be more than 2k (or 8k now, so I'm told)

Or you can download an icon and save it to your computer (right click on an icon and click save as)

4. Once you've located the icon, highlight it, then press the button 'Open'
5. go back to the original icon screen, Click Upload

Note: If your new icon does not display (even though it says it has successfully been loaded, hit refresh on your browser

done.
