Which one is better for mostly park riding. and dynastar troublemakers. Needs to be durable. And good brake system for switch landings

they are basically the same binding except that look binding has a lifter which will be worse for rails but u can take those off if u get shorter screws. also its has titanium that replaces some plastic pieces making it lighter and stronger.

I dont care about weight. as long as they arent wicked heavy. I think its safe to say that Rossi's are the better binding

They are the same binding, made by the same company with different decals. One is TI and the other isn't. They will perform the same, but one is a LITTLE heavier than the other.. Go with whatever is most economical for you.

how is the lifter so much worse for rails?

Because it raises you off the ski that much more, giving you less horizontal force, and more vertical force... The lifter is meant to give racers a better feel and make it easier for them to get on their edges and use more vertical force. I had lifters on my last set of binders, and it really doesnt make much of a difference at all....

lifters simply help initiate turns faster due to your centre of gravity. having no lifter just means you are closer to the ski and therefore can arguably have more control on rails etc..
lifter or no lifter - either won't make you a better skier.
