I hate doubles, I always seem to bounce a little too high and then I hit my face too
eventually I just went for the 2 and a half. But yeah that's another story.

Work your way up to it. Just do a laid out back, then a back 1 1/2 and then go for the double. As soon as you get the flip set, just grab your knees and tuck up. kick out when you see the ground underneath the board. You'll enter in perfect.

dude, not to hate but that is barely an attempt. you just gotta fucking commit, tuck and huck man. they arent hard if you get over the fear part like anything else. you will probably get hurt less if you just say fuck it, its only water im doing it than pussing out half way. just tuck and flip like no other and youll get it.
man i used to do double front flips all the time back in my day (yep claiming). I used to be on the diving team at my local swim club so i can do all the sweet dives. I think i might be able to do a triple these days off a 1 meter spring board. I gotta go to a pool and try it out
