Insane

I'm not sure what to do now.
I've been to bed.
Twice.
I went for a little run an hour ago.
I drank some water.
I felt sick afterwards.
I've had a shower.
And washed my hair.
I cleaned my teeth.
Twice.
I've checked my emails.
Twice.
I don't have to be up until 1pm...

I can't sleep cos my new mattress is too comfy (and I'm used to an old worn out one with springs poking out here there and everywhere.
Plus there's a mouse in my room that makes noises only when I'm trying to sleep.

I nearly made it the whole run without seeing a car. But just as I was coming to the big road near my house a car came round the corner. Scared me - thought they might kidnap and rape me or think i was a prostitute or something.

ooh - lesson i learnt today: its not a good idea to stash my mp3 player in my sports bra. It gets all sweaty and gross. Haha.

word, dawn is fucking sick, its nice when its first starting to get light and you're not sure if it is or not. then there's like 2 hours and then BAM the sun.

When I was driving back to vermont from cali in may I drove 12 hours straight, watched the sunset in my mirror then 12 hours later watched it rise... it was a good session

iv been staying up till around the sunrise for the past 5 nights (music fest) just watch the sunrise, go for another run, then sleep till 1. if you cant fall asleep still... crash on the floor. or drink lots of coffee befor you gatta be at the place at 1.

i live in where the ns headquarters is, so its supposed to be the smae time, but its not. the ns clock says its 1226 or 27, and the real time is 1210. god, just leave it alone
