After seeing them live, Cypress Hill is without a doubt the most "chill" band of all time. They lit up blunts in front of a giant inflatable buddha with a pot leaf on it while starting into insane in the brain.

Check out this band, the Longview Gunslingers.  They are a local band, one of my friends brothers is the guitarist.  Honestly, one of the chillest bands ever, and their live concerts are insane.
