I never thought about that. I've always landed looking between my legs now that i think about it. Let me guess, thats bad form isn't it? I'll try over my shoulder tomorrow!

It doesen't matter where you look. You just need to spot the landing as long as you can and make sure not to lean forward

as for landing switch, u don't really have to look behind you, as long as you know that you have a clear landing cause u don't wanna hit some rut u didn't know about. i usually look down when im landing switch, not over my shoulder.

how would i improve not leaning forward. i almost always lean forward somewhat at least, and i have a lotta trouble landing backwards. owell can someone give me some like DEFINATE advice how to improve that please? thanks.

ok guys im lost.. when i try to land switch i crash alot.. i tend to lean forward a bit. to keep a vertivcall position to the ground ( normal ground not the jump) and yeah i crash. i dunno how im supposed to keep my body on a landing..

Think about the way you lean when you do it normal. You lean slightly forward, so when you land backwords, lean just a little bit back in the air to be even with the slope.

no, onedoorbooy is very wrong. when you are land switch, u want too touch your front tips down first and lean forward, not back. when ur landing normal you touch you tails down first, so its the same idea. and u can look down at ur landing or over your shoulder, what ever is comfortable for u. as long as u know there is nothing behind u that ur gonna hit u can look down at the ground between ur skis when u land(thats what i do).

look over your shoulder....the results wont be very pleasing if you look between you legs...

dude, when I land switch, I look up and foreward at the last second befor I land... I look at my landing till just before I land, then I look up the hill... it gets you more flat on your feet, and yea....

Over the shoulder until landing area is out of view, then forwards and down a bit to see how high up I am and when to put down the landing gear.

if uv ever landed switch you know that you don't have to look at your landing, but if u feel comfortable looking over your shoulder even while landing, then fine.
