Ring finger...

i just found this, not sure if its true but not gunna lie i tried it.....

Why should the wedding ring be worn on the fourth finger?
Apparently heres the explanation given by the Chinese.....
Thumb represents your Parents
Second (Index) finger represents your Siblings
Middle finger represents your-Self
Fourth (Ring) finger represents your Life Partner
& the Last (Little) finger represents your children

Firstly, open your palms (face to face), bend the middle fingers and hold them together - back to back
Secondly, open and hold the remaining three fingers and the thumb - tip to tip

Now, try to separate your thumbs (representing the parents)..., they will open, because your parents are not destined to live with you lifelong, and have to leave you sooner or later.

Please join your thumbs as before and separate your Index fingers (representing siblings)...., they will also open, because your brothers and sisters will have their own families and will have to lead their own separate lives.
Now join the Index fingers and separate your Little fingers (representing your! childre n)...., they will open too, because the children also will get married and settle down on their own some day.
Finally, join your Little fingers, and try to separate your Ring fingers (representing your spouse).
You will be surprised to see that you just CANNOT....., because Husband & Wife have to remain together all their lives - through thick and thin!!

just thought it was a good theory....

This is old news. It has nothing to do with your "life partner"...just something about the bones being connected somehow, something along those lines. Google it and I'm sure you'll find the truth.

put your hands facing eachother like your gunna clap but bend your two middle fingers down and touch them like knuckle to knuckle and then the tips of your other fingers should line up and then follow the rest of the directions...

well, at first i tried and could pull them like a half inch apart. but then i tried it a couple of more times, and once i couldnt move them apart at all. so i guess you gotta be doing it right.

oh ok i get it. they cannot be separated if your forearms are parallel to the ground, as far away from each other as you can get them. but if the bottoms of your forearms are touching each other, perpendicular to the ground, it's easy.

Ive also heard its cause you have a vein in your left ring finger that goes back to your heart. i heard it when i was really little so i didnt question it but now that im older and remember hearing that, dont all veins go back to your heart?

have you heard something to do with your ring fingers; apparently a girl is supposed to tell if a guy will cheat on her if his left ring finger is longer than his left index finger...stupid cosmo.

I thought the the chi between me and my life partner was keeping my two fingers together...


but yeah, its actually tendens(sp?). Middle finger and ring finger use the same tenden. If you switch what you're doing with the middle and ring finger, you'll find that you cant pull apart your middle fingers.
