when you die, you die. i dont want to die before i really get to do most of the things that i want, but if i die, then fine; im dead. i dont believe in heaven/hell or reincarnation, but i think that reincarnation would be awesome

everybody lives, everybody dies. i currently have had some people very close to me pass on, and have 2 on the verge of going. As for myself, i have total faith in god, and i trust him entirely with my life. So i guess i just live life, do what i want to do, and dont worry about it.

as for myself i try to live in the philosophy of the samurai, i prepare for death every day, the harder part is to consider myself dead everyday, which is harder than it sounds.

most people have there religious beleifs that eliminate some of the fear of death, but ask yourself that if you didnt have them, would u be more afraid of death?

^If i didnt have religion, I would be more afraid of death because I belive that God makes everything happen for a reason so if you die, theres a reason you did. I also belive in afterlife. but thats just me, I grew up in a religious family who goes to church every sunday (except when skiing haha). So in that way, I'm not scared of death, I have total faith in God. I'm just afraid that I will die before I have lived

hmmmm, death. Quite the question to ask. Personally, I am not religious and therefore I have nothing supporting me as far as beliefs in an afterlife or reincarnations go.

Personally, I think a few things on the subject of death. FIrst of all, I think that if you keep a positive attitude while dying (death bed..whatever) then dying has nothing bad to offer. Death is an end, after it you feel nothing (my views, no offense) and therefore it isnt in that view a bad thing, the only pain in death is that of yourself while dying or others you know. One is iuncurable but in yourself if you realise on your deathbed all the wonderful things your life has accomplished and been able to do. All the happy moments, you will truly die a happy oerson, death has no relevance therefore for yourself.

Also, A human being never really dies if he or she is remembered. I mean sure you die, but if you make an impression the world, be it as large as a cure for cancer or as small as teaching kids in a classroom every day. As long as you are remembered and have done something, you will always be living... Haha, these points are al probably hard to understand and jumbled cause I am quite tired, so make what you will.

I'm not afraid to die, I think I would hate having to die before I was ready though. Like I'd want to be able to live my life to its fullest potential, getting to do the things I've always wanted. I think it'd suck having to die in alot of pain too.

I don't know where I stand. I have long for debated between to extremes, as being partially Mahayana I find that perspective is important, I think that death could be a new begining, kind of like every day is followed by another; on the other hand I also think maybe death is just death.
