since he has a zune, im guessing hes on win XP, did you try syncing them through wmp ? you might need to change the file type using a converter

Just use the Zune software to rip it to your computer and make sure its .mp4, which it should be. put it in the folder you want and add that to the zune library and sync it. yep. i just watched HOT FUZZ on mine lat night while my internet was broken. it was really amazing.
