It's ashame he had to take his life. Seems like he had so much to live for, but maybe now he is truly free.
And as far as the quote from the other guy about letting your skis guide you, I totally agree. After the death of my dad I've had some really tough times, but everytime i step into my bindings, step onto my surfboard, step onto my skateboard, or get up on my mountain bike, I feel a sort of peace i can't get anywhere else. Although all of these sports are 'action' sports and are viewed as high speed high intesnsity activities, i really get a different perspective on my life, and really realize what i'm living for.
and although i didn't know the kid, or what he was going through, here's a quote from a Flipsyde song that might explain how he was feeling.
