i would do a light file with a fine grit, two smooth passes on the contact points (where the ski initiates turns). Then use a gummy stone to remove any burrs or inconsistencies.
you really shouldnt see much of a 'round' edge, more of a 'less sharp' area. too much makes the ski sloppy while too little makes it really grabby and scary.
park skiers who butter and like to slosh around should detune slightly more and on a slightly longer edge.
